Twisted Elegantly

Twisted elegantly is the way I sometimes feel
Who understands the lure and the appeal
Of the darkness and the wrong
The quick fix because the right way takes too long
Of doing things that make them gasp
To leave an impression of yourself that will last
O shaped mouths and jaws dropped to the floor
Eyes open wider as they stare more and more
Look at them now, all under my spell
Wondering what I’ll do next… (ring, ring, ring) time to stop daydreaming
There goes the school bell

Hurrying off to the next class
Got to make haste and get there fast
Is my homework done? Of course it is
Good girls do it at home not in public for everyone to see their biz
Is my hair all neat and my clothes perfectly pressed?
Of course, because good girls have to always look their best
Shit my laugh is too loud, the one thing I can’t control
Because good girls should giggle and always portray the good girl role
But inside it’s a different story for me
I’m not all that good as I pretend to be
I’ve got to keep it all in, store it privately
And always be twisted so very elegantly
